We offer a wide variety of fitness classes to meet your needs! We also have cardio, fitness equipment and free weights available.
Memberships for the gym are only $10 per month with no annual contract.

Fitness Classes: Choose from Zumba, DrumFit, Kickboxing, Tabata HiiT, Tai Chi, Yoga and more. We believe we have some of the most experienced, enthusiastic staff around that will keep you motivated!
Fencing: Learn fencing from “On Target” head coach, Tom Nagy. Classes will focus on techniques with footwork, skills specific to each class level, and bouting practice.
Fit4Mom: Stroller Strides- A functional, total body workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60 minute workout is comprised of
strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun!
Hip Hop Hoop Classes: For 8 – 18 year olds. Your child can learn how to dance with a hula hoop and exercise at the same time from one of our dynamic staff, Meryl!
Martial Arts: Instructed my Marcum’s Martial Arts, this traditionally based, structured program prepares students of all ages for the demands of school, work, and daily life.
Silver Sneakers Classes: Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Mondays and Fridays at 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Instructed by Dan.
Tumbling: Instructor Tonia Fogleman provides structured classes that teach independence and respect while exploring gymnastics activities to develop flexibility, strength, coordination and balance.
Equipment Available: Strength Training and Circuit Training Machines, treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike, dumbbells, body bars, kettle bells, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, stability balls, bosu balls, plyo box and more!
